Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Director of Nursing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of dedicated professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, managing day-to-day clinical practices in the nursing home, staff rostering, delegation, supervision, performance development, clinical governance and risk assessment.
* Ensure delivery of highest standards of nursing and social care that meet individual needs
* Conduct ward rounds to ensure best clinical outcomes
* Review residents at increased risk or clinically unwell
* Participate in handover and troubleshoot ongoing issues
