Your Mission:
As a Technical Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers. * Be the friendly and professional voice of our company, handling customer inquiries and technical complaints via phone and email in German or Norwegian and English.

* Communicate the findings of technical investigations clearly and effectively to customers, providing peace of mind and resolution.

* Essential:Full professional fluency inGerman or NorwegianandEnglish.
