They're now looking for a Motor Claims Handler to join their high-performing Dublin team. In this role, you'll take full ownership of a diverse caseload, from liability-disputed motor damage to fraud and theft claims, managing the entire process from investigation to settlement. You'll be trusted to use your judgement, technical know-how, and negotiation skills to deliver exceptional results. What You'll Do Lead thorough claim investigations using policy wordings, documentation, and third-party input Accurately reserve, assess, and settle claims within your authority Spot fraud risks and subrogation opportunities, escalating where needed Keep claims moving in line with SLAs, maintaining meticulous records Support junior colleagues with technical guidance and referrals Contribute to process improvements and internal training initiatives What You'll Bring 2+ years' motor claims handling or FNOL experience Strong knowledge of claims processes, liability disputes, and resolution strategies APA minimum, CIP qualification (or working towards it) preferred Sharp decision-making skills with a proactive, customer-centric mindset Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation abilities Comfort managing a busy, varied caseload in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with fraud protocols and reserving best practice Team-oriented, curious, and committed to continuous learning Why Join?
