It is a collaborative environment where new ideas are encouraged, and where HR plays a central role in shaping how the organisation evolves.What You'll Be DoingPartner with operational and office teams to deliver HR initiatives that support both business and people strategiesProvide full HR support across the employee lifecycle, including talent management, engagement, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and people analyticsAdvise on global mobility and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, escalating risks where appropriateSupport the HR Director with the design and delivery of annual compensation and reward processes, including market analysis and benchmarkingLead and manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring consistency and compliance across multiple entitiesContribute to workforce planning and organisational design activities in line with business goalsDeliver HR projects that drive retention, engagement and wellbeing across the workforceSupport process improvement and the introduction of systems and tools that strengthen HR operationsPlay an active role in organisational change and transformation initiativesWork closely with the HR Director to embed culture, capability and structure across the organisationWhat we're looking forThird-level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline4+ years experience in a HR partnering or senior generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced or multi-site environmentStrong employee relations and employment law expertise, with confidence managing complex casesProven ability to build credibility, influence and partner effectively with managers and senior stakeholdersExcellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skillsComfortable working independently and making sound judgments in ambiguous situationsAdaptable and pragmatic, with a high degree of initiative, reliability and discretionConfident using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and OutlookWhat's On OfferSalary: €70,000-75,000 per annumContract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract, with a view to permPensionAnnual Leave: 21 days + public holidaysFree onsite parkingOnsite gymHybrid working model: 3 days in office, 2 days from homeHow They WorkThis is a hybrid role requiring three days per week onsite in West Dublin and two days working from home.
