About the Role
* Develop work plans, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
* Apply personal insight to resolve complex client issues.
* Conduct data analysis and strategic thinking to identify improvement opportunities.
* Present insights clearly and logically.
* Deliver client-ready outputs and manage client relationships.
* Guide junior team members in client engagements.
* Engage confidently with senior clients and manage expectations.
* Understand client needs and support proposal development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Our ideal candidate has experience in consulting or in-house environments, delivering transformation projects. They possess skills in strategy design, service design, operating model design & delivery, organisational transformation, project management, data analytics, operational excellence, or digital transformations.
* Problem-solving ability, adaptability, and creativity.
* Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate effectively.
* Understanding of government/public sector policy and structure.
* Experience with government and public sector partners in areas like justice, health, transport, and education.
* Relevant 3rd level qualifications; professional project management qualifications preferred but not essential.
