Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for customer networks
* Work with core Juniper platforms: MX, EX, and QFX
* Troubleshoot network issues and escalate where required
* Liaise directly with customers and occasionally travel to site (license required)
* Gain exposure to project delivery as part of your career progression
* Work full-time from the Dublin office in a collaborative, technical environment
Requirements:
* JNCIA certification (or equivalent hands-on experience)
* A valid driver’s license for occasional customer site visits
* Good understanding of Juniper routing and switching platforms
* Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
