Job Title
We are seeking an Insurance Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Navan, Mullingar and Cavan branches.
This role involves providing relief cover as required while ensuring excellent customer service and successful delivery of sales targets aligned to the Direct Retail strategy.
* Support Branch Offices / sales teams as required by prioritising workload and delivering on key objectives.
* Actively support other branch staff as and when required to ensure delivery of a consistent quality service to customers.
* Demonstrate a proactive approach in achieving sales targets, including prospecting, up selling and cross selling of Retail and Commercial lines.
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all contact points in the customer journey.
