We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Supervisor to join our busy pet store. The ideal candidate will have strong retail experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for animals.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support the retail team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
* Assist with stock management, merchandising, and store presentation
* Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash handling
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and animals
Requirements
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Previous retail experience in a supervisory or similar role
* Animal knowledge is essential
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills
* Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
