As a strategic leader, you will oversee the management and governance of all outsourced services within our organization. This includes merchant operations, risk operations, product development across digital wallets and payment processing, consumer operations, and human resources matters.
About the Role
* Accountable for defining outsourced services provided by service providers with defined success KPIs and agreed performance standards.
* Lead the EEA Operations team, including line management and leadership of key stakeholders.
* Owns the performance assessment and associated reporting of outsourced services' KPIs and adherence to service standards.
