Job Title: Experienced Baker - Scratch Mixer
We are seeking a skilled baker to join our team in Rathcoole, Co. This is a full-time position with a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, starting at 2-4am.
This role involves preparing dough for pizza bases using weigh scales and ingredient recipe sheets. You will also be responsible for controlling dough fermentation, managing sourdough culture & refresh for production, maintaining production schedules without supervision and completing production records. Additionally, you will need to maintain hygiene and orderliness of all equipment supplies and utensils within the work area.
The ideal candidate must have previous baking or food industry experience with excellent communication skills in English. It is preferred that you have scratch mixing experience. A strong work ethic is required as well as being willing to learn and follow procedures.',
