As a Contract Manager at HubSpot, you will be responsible for handling all assigned customer contracts. This includes communicating directly with customers and internal colleagues to ensure the accurate resolution of customer inquiries and the execution of customer renewals. You will also manage a high volume of account-related tasks to maximize customer investment with HubSpot.
Responsibilities
1. Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes while ensuring a superb customer experience.
2. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to grow accounts and identify new opportunities.
3. Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Management to execute the renewal process and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with customers.
5. Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews internally.
6. Contribute to the growth of the Contract Management team by providing feedback and piloting new processes.
