Our Relaxation room has a unique waterwall, and our guests can also visit our steam room and sauna.Our chosen spa product is ELEMIS skincare therapy mirrors our devotion to all things chick, and as advocated of the Elemis range we are able to off the ever popular Biotec Technology Facials.Spa SupervisorAn opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Spa Supervisor to join our award winning Serenity Spa in The Rose Hotel, Tralee, Co. Kerry.This outgoing and highly motivated individual will be responsible for the running and development of the spa.The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for managing and motivating their team whilst demonstrating an exceptional level of professionalism.The successful candidate will need to be responsible for the day to day operation of the Spa. They will establish and ensure that the highest standards are adhered to, and that the guest experience exceeds expectation.Previous experience as a supervisor in a similar position is essential.RequirementsThe ideal individual will hold ITEC or CIBTAC and CIDESCO diplomas and ideally have 2 or more years supervisory experience within a spa environment and excellent interpersonal Managerial skills along with a passion and drive for hospitality.Hands on experience as a Spa Therapist with knowledge of treatmentsExcellent written and spoken levels of English.Excellent attention to detail.Computer literacy including excellent Microsoft / Excel skillsFull time availability, including weekends and public holidaysPrevious experience with Elemis skincare an advantageSkills NeededAbout The CompanyAt The Rose Hotel, our aim is to provide top-quality, full-service hospitality with a personal touch.
