Job Description:
The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with the Commercial Manager to support strategic business development initiatives. The role includes establishing effective working relationships, providing guidance on sales and marketing strategies, ensuring brand integrity, and maintaining corporate standards.
* Implement all sales action plans for respective markets.
* Achieve departmental goals contributing to the marketing budget.
* Monitor accounts revenue and production for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.
Sales Strategy:
* Develop increased room nights as well as banquet revenue by maximizing up-selling opportunities.
* Negotiate with clients regarding banquet arrangements.
liteeview bills regularly to eliminate adjustments needed on final invoices. Maintain accurate records of postings in Master A/C database
