Travel Coordinator Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Travel Coordinator to join our team for a maternity cover role. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, clients, and interview candidates.
This is a 9-12 month contract with a flexible working hours schedule: Monday to Thursday (8am-5pm) and Friday (8am-3pm).
The salary package includes 30 days annual leave, health cash plan, life assurance, and other benefits negotiable at the interview stage.
Key Responsibilities:
* To work closely with employees to determine their travel needs and provide suitable options
* To research and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and dining reservations
* To coordinate travel requirements for client trips and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
* To arrange team-building activities and manage related expenses
* To respond promptly to travel-related issues and make necessary adjustments
* To prepare and distribute travel itineraries and schedules to relevant staff
* To review and approve travel requests and expenses that exceed established limits
* To advise travelers on specialized travel documents and assist with any additional needs
* To analyze monthly reports on business travel costs and schedules meetings to plan future travels
