About This Role
As a Community Operations Analyst, you will be tasked with reviewing reported content and assessing it against established community guidelines. You will require a keen eye for detail, sound judgment, and understanding of cultural norms and current trends to protect users and promote respectful interactions across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a deep understanding of the client's products, policies, and community standards.
* Review reported content in line with established turnaround times and quality benchmarks.
* Enforce Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing reports of abuse or policy violations.
* Investigate and resolve user issues, including account support and content-related concerns.
Candidate Profile
* English proficiency: C1 level or higher (CEFR)
* Fluent in Hebrew (oral and written), with a deep understanding of regional culture and social trends.
* Deep understanding of market-specific cultural norms and trends
* Personal resilience and emotional maturity when handling sensitive material

Working Schedule & Location
Working days: 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday. Shifts: Candidates can choose between the Day shift (9 am – 5:30 pm) OR the Evening shift (6 pm – 2 am). There are no rotations. The shift you choose will be your permanent shift, unless there is a change of business needs.
