Initial temporary 3 month contract with possibility of extension About Your New Job Maintain office and health & safety records, manage post, and support office projects.
Ensure up-to-date records on site, including risk assessments, fire drills, and equipment testing.
Host contractors, manage quotes and invoices, and oversee contractor induction and KPI monitoring.
Conduct workplace inspections, manage KPI scorecards, and handle first aid box checks.
Manage deliveries, warehouse compliance, and FedEx in/out processes.
What Skills You Need Strong customer service skills and experience in a high-profile environment.
Ability to manage service disruptions and provide proactive problem-solving.
Excellent communication, organisational skills, and computer literacy.
