The Croke Park Hotel, Dublin’s iconic sporting hotel, is looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to work closely with our Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in this highly coveted role. This is a one-year maternity cover contract.
As part of The Doyle Collection, The Croke Park sets the standard for unparalleled service, and exquisite guest experiences. We are seeking a Sales Manager for a one year contract who shares our passion for excellence and has a proven ability to thrive in the luxury hospitality sector.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Extensive experience in senior sales roles within the 4-star market or high-end hospitality
* A deep understanding of the Dublin market and a strong network of contacts
* A strategic mindset with a focus on growing key revenue streams
* Experience in collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience
* Impeccable communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Experience in working towards targets and meeting deadlines
