Key responsibilities include:

* Championing employee needs while balancing these with business demands.
* Supporting talent acquisition efforts through workforce planning, recruitment, and selection processes.
* Analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
* Coaching Managers on performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
* Managing employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
