About the Role
As Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across the One Agency brand and our portfolio of high-profile clients.
You'll work closely with our recruitment team and have significant creative freedom to shape campaigns, introduce new ideas, and influence the direction of our marketing efforts.
Our in-house marketing team supports leading brands including:
National Broadband Ireland (NBI)Virgin MediaBord Gáis EnergyAnd a growing portfolio of national and international clients
This role offers the opportunity to work across recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and website development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple brands and campaignsCreate engaging content for social media, websites, and digital advertisingManage and grow One Agency's online presence across all platformsPlan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channelsMonitor, analyse, and optimise PPC performance to maximise ROIManage website updates, improvements, and landing page creationSupport website development projects and user experience improvementsDevelop employer branding campaigns for clientsCreate marketing reports and analyse campaign performanceIdentify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and engagementCollaborate with internal teams to support recruitment and outsourcing campaignsContribute innovative ideas to support the company's continued growth and expansion
About You
Experience in a marketing roleExperience managing successful PPC campaignsStrong website management and website-building experienceExcellent understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and social media strategyStrong content creation and copywriting skillsExperience using design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative SuiteHighly organised with excellent project management skillsSelf-motivated and capable of working independentlyCreative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solvingPassionate about marketing, branding, and business growth
