DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER | NORTH COUNTY DUBLIN | PERMANENT Are you passionate about best in operations practice with experience a hospitality environment and looking for the next step in your career? Our client is a successful hotel located in North County Dublin and is searching for a Deputy General Manager to work with their Team on a Permanent basis. There is flexibility within the working schedule for this role and the successful candidate with be supervising operations working an average of 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7 to include some weekends and public holidays. ON ANY ONE DAY YOU WILL: Work alongside the Operations Director where you will be responsible for leading the hotel staff in all areas of the property coordinating the day-to-day operations of the business. Assisting with setting annual budgets, targets and strategy planning for the business Ensuring company policies and procedures regarding health and safety and HACCP standards and plans are met Ensuring excellent customer service is provided and guests expectations are exceeded.
