Reporting to the Food and beverage Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will provide at all times a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

What You Will Do:

* Operate Breakfast service according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Ensure timely setup and ongoing maintenance of Food & Beverage areas.
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all Food & Beverage areas.
* Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere.
* Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
* Maximize sales through effective upselling.
* Complete daily SOP checklists to uphold staff training standards.
* Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists to ensure high hygiene standards.

What You Will Need:

* Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desired but not essential.
* Experience in Managing a Team
* Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
* Micros Experience would be preferable
* Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including midweek and weekends.
* A good team player
* Are hardworking and dedicated to their role

Job Description

Temple Bar Hotel Dublin is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at our unique four‑star property, located in the heart of the city.

You will report to the Duty Manager and Director of F&B and work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure that our guests receive an exceptional breakfast experience. You will supervise the breakfast shift, support the team, and uphold the highest standards of service, hygiene, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise the day‑to‑day breakfast operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
* Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, anticipating guest needs, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
* Support, motivate, and train breakfast team members to maintain high standards and teamwork.
* Monitor food presentation and buffet setup to ensure consistency and quality at all times.
* Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and breakfast areas in line with hygiene and health & safety standards.
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction procedures.
* Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure efficient communication and timely service.
* Handle opening procedures and ensure all checklists are completed to standard.
* Promote hotel facilities and upsell where appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
* Participate in regular training and development sessions.
* Comply with all hotel policies, including Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene, and company standards.

Requirements

* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a hospitality or breakfast setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Knowledge of food safety and HACCP guidelines is an advantage.

We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Breakfast Supervisor with experience in Food and Beverage management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Breakfast Supervisor:
