What You'll Do
* Manage office administration for advisory clients
* Oversee client onboarding and documentation
* Process applications while ensuring compliance standards are met
* Support clients with income distribution queries
* Coordinate compliance activities and reviews
* Ensure client files are complete and prepared for advisor meetings
* Assist with payroll tasks and adapt to evolving responsibilities
What You Bring
* QFA qualification (mandatory) and familiarity with Voyant software
* Proven experience in financial services or wealth management
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* High attention to detail when handling confidential documents
* Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow through training
