We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Early Years Educator with a minimum QQI Level 5 in Childcare to join our friendly and supportive team.

Your Role
* Provide holistic care and education for children aged 1–3
* Observe and plan for children's learning using the National Curriculum Framework
* Create fun, age-appropriate activities that support development
* Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
* Work closely with parents, staff, and management
* Follow policies and procedures, including child protection guidelines
* Contribute to a warm, caring, and professional atmosphere
What We're Looking For
* Minimum QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Childcare (Level 6+ desirable)
* Ideally 1 year of experience in a crèche or Montessori setting
* Fluent English & excellent communication skills
* A positive, team-focused attitude
* Warmth, kindness, and responsiveness to children's needs
* Knowledge of Aistear and Tusla/DES regulations
* Garda Vetting (required) / Overseas Police Clearance
Start Date: October 2025
Hours: 38 hours over 4 days (day off rotates weekly)
40 hour / 5 day week also available
