We are seeking a Contract Administrator to oversee multiple live projects across Galway.
 * Manage and support 34 site teams across multiple live projects.
 * Coordinate with design teams, ensuring smooth information flow and timely issue of drawings and approvals.
 * Attend progress meetings and coordinate across all sites.
 * Oversee subcontractor performance, resource allocation, and material procurement.
 * Implement company health & safety systems in coordination with site teams and external advisors.
 * Control project programmes and schedules.
 * Work closely with quantity surveyors and purchasing teams to manage project finances.
 * Provide leadership and clear communication to site management teams.
Ideal Candidate:
 * Experienced Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager ready to progress into a contracts administration role.
 * Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
 * Proven experience in residential, commercial, or public-sector construction.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
 * Understanding of programme management, health & safety compliance, and commercial awareness.
 * Based in, or willing to work in, the Galway / West of Ireland region.
