Chief Financial Officer Salary up to €150,000 plus LTIP
Our very ambitious, fast-growing logistics business with plans to (at least) triple revenue over the next 3–5 years, is looking for a commercially focused, hands‑on CFO to help scale the business, drive operational efficiency, and partner with the founders on everything from strategic decision‑making to hands‑on team development. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious finance leader to make a tangible impact in a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities

Strategic & commercial leadership - partner with founders to develop and execute growth strategy; provide commercial insight on investment, pricing, and customer profitability; build scalable KPIs and reporting structures.
Finance leadership - Own all aspects of finance — management accounts, board reporting, cash flow, budgeting, and controls. Manage banking and funding relationships; ensure statutory, tax, and audit compliance. HR also reports into this role.
Operational & business partnering - Work closely with operations teams to improve productivity and margins; analyse fleet, warehouse, and labour KPIs; support pricing strategy and major business initiatives.

Requirements

Qualified accountant — ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
Senior finance leadership in logistics, transport, supply chain, or a similarly operational environment
Proven track record supporting high‑growth businesses and scaling and raising finance
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions
Hands‑on leadership style — comfortable operating both strategically and tactically
Experience managing HR functions and/or systems transformation is highly desirable
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team‑building skills
Results‑driven with a continuous improvement mindset and comfort in a fast‑paced environment

Remuneration

Up to c €140,000 - €150,000 plus LTIP.
