We are a trusted provider of windows, doors, and conservatories, delivering high-quality installations across Munster. Role Reports to the Managing Director.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing window, door, and conservatory installation projects, ensuring top-quality service from order placement to final installation and after-sales support. This role requires excellent customer service, project management, and team leadership skills to ensure every installation meets our high standards efficiently and professionally. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations and successful installation projects.Key Responsibilities:· Maintain fitting schedules.· Drive efficiencies with fitting crews· Manage and maintain the fitting teams· Liaise with property owners and tenants.· Ensure jobs remain within allocated fitting times and budget.· Liaise with Store Manager to ensure all items are ready for each job.· Maintain a high standard of fitting and customer satisfaction.· Ensure that safety protocols are followed.Job Requirements:At least 5+ years of experience in similar role preferably in a similar industry.Proven experience in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.Results-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic IT skills.Advantage: Experience with continuous improvement methodologies e.g. Lean.RenumerationCompetitive Salary based on experiencePerformance BonusPensionCompany vehicleIf you have experience in window and door installations, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction, we'd love to hear from youLocation: Tralee, Co.
