Facilities Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Operations Manager to oversee engineering and facilities activities across multiple client sites.
This role would suit someone from an engineering or facilities management background, with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Act as the first point of contact for all facilities-related inquiries.
* Schedule and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive work orders through CAFM systems.
* Coordinate access, permits, and scheduling with engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
* Maintain accurate records including completed work, quotations, risk assessments, and compliance documents.
* Prepare regular reports and updates for business review meetings.
* Monitor work order progress, escalating overdue or critical issues where necessary.
* Support procurement of materials, parts, and contracted services.
* Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards and internal processes.
Requirements:
* Facilities management experience with a focus on operations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
* Proficiency in CAFM systems and Microsoft Office.
