Dairymaster are currently recruiting for: Media Engineer and Content Creator
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dairymaster Global Headquarters, Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.
Role
* Work closely with the marketing team to strengthen and grow the Dairymaster brand worldwide.
* Create engaging multimedia content including videos, photography, video interviews, sound production, motion graphics, and online material.
* Produce original content for social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and more) tailored to each channel’s audience.
* Contribute ideas and bring creativity to campaigns, brand storytelling, and digital communications.
* Support the team with other media-related duties as needed.
* Professional and mature attitude to work.
* Proactive, ability to multi-task and prioritise.
* Willing to take on responsibility and complete tasks quickly.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in video production: pre-production, filming, and post-production (marketing, customer testimonials, product explainers, event coverage, and training).
* End-to-end content creation skills: from concept to delivery with a strong eye for design and orginality.
* Ability to conduct professional video interviews with customers and industry experts.
* Sound recording & post-production skills.
* Motion graphics & animation experience.
* Social media content creation experience – planning, designing, publishing, and optimising content for multiple channels, with knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and analytics.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Apple software (iOS).
* Ability to manage and organise large volumes of media with high attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
* Willingness to travel internationally for assignments.
* Energy, drive, and enthusiasm – a proactive team player who can also work independently.
* Commitment to staying up to date with the latest creative trends, software, and production techniques.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in media production or a related field.
Viewing of a portfolio either online or soft copy is desirable.
