Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
* Define, implement, and maintain test strategies, frameworks, and processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business objectives.
* Oversee the planning and execution of manual and automated testing.
* Identify and mitigate risks related to software quality and performance.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
* Provide mentorship and training to junior testers to develop skills and improve efficiency.
Experience Required:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA management role.
* Must have ISTQB certification or equivalent qualification.
* Strong background in software testing, including manual and automated testing.
* Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.
* Hands-on experience with test management tools and frameworks.
* Knowledge of Agile and DevOps testing methodologies.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation tools.
* Knowledge of performance and security testing practices.
* Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare).
Educational Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
