Clinical Nurse Manager II Job Opportunity
As a pivotal role in service planning, co-ordination, and management of activity and resources within the theatre area, the Clinical Nurse Manager II will lead the implementation and provision of quality care.
* Manages patient care to ensure high professional standards using an evidence-based approach.
* Provides leadership that sets a high standard for professionalism and clinical excellence.
* Coordinates assessment, planning, delivery, and review of service-user care by all staff in designated areas.
The successful candidate will collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve goals and objectives, participate in team meetings and committees as necessary, and communicate effectively with other team members.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to motivate and supervise staff, and have experience in change management. They should also have a strong knowledge of human resource policies and procedures and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
