Job Summary:
The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests and members. This role involves taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Front Office, scheduling staff and services, and ensuring a high standard of care.

* Managing the front desk operations and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
* Assisting in the scheduling of staff and services to meet the needs of the hotel and its guests.
* Providing top-notch customer service and addressing guest complaints in a professional manner.
* Greeting all guests and members professionally and making them feel welcome.
* Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are enforced and maintained at a high standard.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel reception environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
