Job Title: IT Systems Support Specialist
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to support customer sites located in or near Dundalk.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Systems Support Specialist. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing first-class support to our customers across various sites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prioritise, manage and respond to helpdesk calls in a timely manner logged on the help desk system; including travel to sites to support users.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
* Install and configure computer hardware and peripherals operating systems applications System Administration setup of new shared folders on existing shares Liaise with third-party vendors for software installation Data transfers/migration Deal with how-to-and-information requests including data security ICT policies Document new solutions Managed Print devices liaise with vendors including IP information Access consoles pushor provide solutions Content encryption Follow SD processes procedures escalation process other matters as appropriate Other Create update records databases personnel financial info Submit timely reports prepare presentations proposals assigned Assist colleagues requested Experience Experience IT hardware environment particular experience Windows & installations Demonstrate good problem-solving analytical decision-making skills Excellent customer service empathy users technologies User experience key role Excellent communication skills Demonstrated Microsoft Office suite report writing production quality deliverables Third-Level-IT-Qualification desirable Candidates-Microsoft-Certifications advantageous Ability work collaboratively multiple teams phases project delivery Communication documentation capabilities necessary
