**Business Partner for Growth and Development**
A highly commercial HR Business Partner is sought after to play a key role in the scaling of our rapidly growing organisation. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, aligning with various departments to provide commercial, budget, recruitment, coaching, ER Advice, and other people support as needed.
About the Role
* Collaborate with department leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR solutions that support business objectives.
* Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights, ensuring timely decision-making.
* Work closely with the existing people team on change management initiatives to support business transformation.
Responsibilities
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs, recommending actions based on data analysis.
* Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on HR-related matters.
* Lead employee development, career progression, and succession planning initiatives.
* Support Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment of new colleagues.
* Provide general support on organisational development, including time-to-hire, productivity, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, career paths, policy, process, systems, compensation & benefits, and training & development.
