Residential Operations Manager
The Residential Operations Manager oversees daily operations and staff within the residential facility to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations.
* Staff Supervision: Train, supervise, and schedule residential staff and other support staff. Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
* Operations Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including room assignments, housekeeping schedules, maintenance requests, and inventory management. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and resolve operational issues.

1. To Ensure assigned rooms, bathrooms, corridor areas and public areas are cleaned to the standards, using only approved chemicals/cleaning materials and equipment and to ensure stocks of bathroom and bedroom items are replenished to correct standards.
2. To receive customer complaints in a courteous and sympathetic fashion and to report to your manager immediately.
