This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage engineers and drive project delivery whilst contributing to technical decision-making and architecture.As a key partner to the Director of Engineering, you'll play a strategic role coordinating across teams, helping to shape engineering practices, technical direction and delivery across the organisation. You'll work with a modern technology stack including Go microservices, cloud infrastructure, and integrations with leading contact centre platforms, tackling challenging technical problems at scale from AI-powered analytics to complex data processing pipelines.This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing SaaS company, influencing how we build and deliver software whilst developing your leadership and project management expertise.
