We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Golf Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, handling sales transactions, and overall administration related to golf services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake general office duties, including responding to correspondence, answering phone calls, taking enquiries efficiently, and handling members' day-to-day requests.
* Assist with stock reporting and monthly stocktaking of inventory.
* Administer membership applications, maintain the membership list, and process new membership applications.
* Contribute to the development of the golf club's marketing plan and its implementation.
* Maintain standards of cleanliness in the shop and assist with the preparation of reception check-ins and outs.
* Perform the duties of a receptionist as required and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Skill Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar administration role is preferred.
* Knowledge of HotSoft and Paragon systems is an advantage.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills are essential.
* Must have excellent customer service and communication skills and be a team player.
* A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
* A minimum 12 months valid work permit is required.
