Assistant Restaurant Manager
Location: Naas, County Kildare, Ireland
Killashee Hotel is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and contribute to the future success of our restaurant.
Responsibilities
To ensure that customers receive excellent service of beverages in the Restaurant.
Responsible for assisting in correct rostering within the department.
Engage with guests and act upon guest feedback, actively encouraging customer reviews.
Ensure SOPs are updated and all team members are fully trained.
Assist in providing team training on our standards and customer service.
Work alongside and support the Restaurant Manager in all departmental projects and initiatives.
Motivate and create an engaging work environment for all team members.
Have excellent product knowledge and enjoy sharing it.
Guide and mentor the restaurant team.
Requirements
Self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
Passionate about hospitality and excellent service.
Flexible with hours and own transport.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, time‑management and organisational skills.
