CREGG is delighted to be recruiting an Account Executive for a well-known health insurance provider based in Ennis. In this field-based role, you will promote and sell individual and corporate health plan policies to existing and potential customers as a leading provider of employee health plans across the Muster region.
Responsibilities
* Proactively seek new sales opportunities within the geographical area through engagement with existing customer portfolio to develop opportunities to promote the business to their employees.
* Deliver workplace and virtual presentations to promote our health plans and secure new policyholders. This may require scheduling appointments outside of normal working hours to meet customer needs, maximizing time spent with customers at their convenience.
* Provide excellent customer service and account management for existing customers, supporting your client portfolio with quarterly to annual reviews to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
* Achieve the agreed annual sales targets for the territory, including new corporate agreements, new policyholders, and meeting quality thresholds regarding customer engagement.
* Ensure active nurturing and pursuit of new leads, both self-generated and allocated by the Sales and Marketing team, through to closure. Report on reasons for non-closure and suggest alternative approaches.
* Maintain high standards of administration, including adherence to GDPR and data management processes.
* Work with the National Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies for national account service levels within the geographical area.
* Collaborate with the marketing department to deliver promotional materials tailored to customer needs.
* Assist with special projects and undertake any other duties assigned by the National Sales Manager.
* Demonstrate ability to achieve and sustain own sales targets over time.
* Show experience across the full sales cycle, from planning to securing sales, delivery, and ongoing account management.
* Understanding of Health Plans and the Health Cash Plan market is desirable.
* Willingness to visit other territories in Ireland, requiring occasional overnight stays.
