Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Guide based in Newbridge House and Farm. The Tour Guide will be responsible for leading engaging and informative tours, welcoming and guiding visitors, sharing historical and cultural insights, ensuring visitor safety, and answering any questions. Responsibilities include managing group activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.
Qualifications
* Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
* Good knowledge of history, culture, or specific tour-related subjects
* Customer service, interpersonal, and hospitality skills
* Ability to manage groups effectively and ensure safety
* Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
* Passion for storytelling and engaging with diverse audiences
* Previous experience in guiding, hospitality, or tourism is preferred
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays
