Lead the business-facing project lifecycle phases including Requirement Definition, User Solution Reviews, and User Acceptance Testing.This role is hybrid: 4 days a week onsite in Dublin city.Main Responsibilities:Gather ‘as-is’ systems and process requirements, analyse to understand and minimise unnecessary variation, document ‘to-be’ requirements to allow business partners to prioritise and verify requirements.Channel business input to solution design and validate against business objectives.Provide input to cost benefit analysis and business case definition.Ensure solutions are consistent with operational and technology best practices in Europe.Coordinate and lead business reviews of process and system solution design, development, and test phases.Support User Acceptance Testing ensuring alignment with real-world business scenarios.Prepare and execute business implementation plans including training and change control management.Build effective working relationships with business partners and across the project team at all levels.Key Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.High levels of enthusiasm, commitment, and energy.Flexibility to travel within Europe as required (limited duration).Good working knowledge of MS Office and SQL.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team with flexibility to support multiple locations.Able to work independently or as part of a team.Exposure to AGILE delivery methodology.Nice to Have:Prior experience in General Insurance or Financial Services.Prior experience working in an international environment.Prior experience with system migration projects.Process and workflow improvement experience.
