Job description: Stores Person About the Role The Keadeen Hotel are looking for a reliable and organised Stores Person to support our hotels back-of-house operations. This role is responsible for the receipt, storage, and issuing of stock to hotel departments including Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. The successful candidate will help ensure stock is handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with hotel procedures, using ProcureWizard as the primary system. Key Responsibilities Receive, check, and correctly store all deliveries in line with purchase orders Use ProcureWizard to receipt goods and manage stock transactions Issue stock to hotel departments accurately and in a timely manner Maintain clean, organised, and secure storage areas Rotate stock using FIFO principles and monitor expiry dates Assist with regular stock counts and stocktakes Report damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries Ensure correct handling of food, beverage, and chemical products in line with safety standards Work closely with Purchasing, Finance, and department teams to support daily operations Follow all hotel policies, health & safety, and hygiene procedures Skills & Experience Required Previous experience as a Stores Person, Storeman, or similar role Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is desirable Familiarity with ProcureWizard or similar procurement/stock systems preferred Good attention to detail and basic numerical skills Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Basic computer skills (stock systems and email) Why Join Calusade Hotels At Calusade Hotels, we believe exceptional hospitality begins with exceptional people.
