Secure Information Systems Specialist (GRC)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Security Risk Manager to support our enterprise risk management activities across various systems and initiatives. This role involves working closely with technology, business, and compliance teams to identify, assess, and manage information security risks.
* Perform thorough security risk assessments for new and existing systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential security risks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
* A solid understanding of information security & GRC principles as well as regulatory expectations.
* A working knowledge of common enterprise applications operating systems databases cloud technologies cybersecurity frameworks regulations e.g. NIST ISO CIS GLBA NYDFS privacy regulations).
* Familiarity with strong written verbal communication skills allowing translation of technical risk into business terms self-motivated detail-oriented capable of managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment }
