Business Analysis Role
As a business analyst, you will collaborate with your team to deliver effective product partnerships through communication, risk mitigation, quality assurance, timely delivery, and positive relationship building.
The expertise and skills you bring are crucial to success in this role:
* Documenting business requirements, current states, and providing constructive feedback for future process improvements.
* Experience in workflow design, data analysis, data visualization, and impact analysis.
* Familiarity with agile methodology concepts and experience in agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural or similar backlog management tools (training is available).
* Defining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, facilitating story refinement sessions, and demoing sprint deliverables.
* Participating in daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, Release Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
* Performing end-to-end business acceptance testing and ensuring test case traceability.
* You will take initiative to communicate issues/client feedback with the squad leader/team and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including summarizing and interpreting information with key stakeholders like Subject Matter Experts and Business Partners.
* 3-5 years of transferable experience.
* A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
