VP Finance (FTC) | Dublin | Aircraft Leasing
We are currently partnering with one of the world's leading global aircraft lessors to recruit a Vice President – Finance for their Dublin office on a 1–2 year contract (depending on the candidate).
This is an great opportunity to step into a senior finance leadership role with a top-tier leasing platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing core areas of the finance function, including accounting, financial management, and accounts payable, while contributing at a strategic level within a highly respected international organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead company accounts, including month-end group reporting and subsidiary audit processes.
* Work closely with the Head of Finance to manage, guide, and develop the Finance team.
* Oversee external service providers, including auditors and accounting partners.
* Manage group budgeting processes and the Accounts Payable function.
* Support deal teams on a variety of transactions and prepare technical accounting papers.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in industry or practice, ideally in an aircraft leasing environment.
* Strong technical accounting knowledge (US GAAP & IFRS).
* Proven experience managing teams and delivering to strict deadlines.
