VP Finance (FTC) | Dublin | Aircraft Leasing
We are currently partnering with one of the world's leading global aircraft lessors to recruit a Vice President – Finance for their Dublin office on a 1–2 year contract (depending on the candidate).
This is an great opportunity to step into a senior finance leadership role with a top-tier leasing platform.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing core areas of the finance function, including accounting, financial management, and accounts payable, while contributing at a strategic level within a highly respected international organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead company accounts, including month-end group reporting and subsidiary audit processes.
Work closely with the Head of Finance to manage, guide, and develop the Finance team.
Oversee external service providers, including auditors and accounting partners.
Manage group budgeting processes and the Accounts Payable function.
Support deal teams on a variety of transactions and prepare technical accounting papers.
Key Requirements:
Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in industry or practice, ideally in an aircraft leasing environment.
Strong technical accounting knowledge (US GAAP & IFRS).
Proven experience managing teams and delivering to strict deadlines.
