Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Oversee the preparation and presentation of assigned station dishes
Ensure all food production meets health and safety standards
Manage a specific kitchen section (e.g. grill, sauce,Frozen)
Assist with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
Minimise food waste and support stock control procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a high-volume kitchen
Degree or relevant certification
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, styles, and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Creative and innovative approach to cooking
Strong organizational and time management skills
