Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI) is a global semiconductor leader. The Instrumentation group is seeking a highly experienced New Product Coordinator (NPC) to support new product solutions for next‑generation consumer applications. The candidate will report to the Industrial PM0 team and coordinate all NPI aspects of product development.
Responsibilities
Work in parallel with Project Managers to coordinate all NPC aspects of new product development.
Liaison role between the Business Unit and manufacturing organizations.
Order wafers required for development projects and monitor progress to ensure required holds are applied.
Review statuses of WIP and offshore assemblies for evaluation, qualification, characterization, stock, monitoring, and reporting versus commitments.
Expedite and monitor required materials.
Create, review, and submit PRIME and PROMIS applications and manufacturing interface forms for all projects.
Manage disposition of Engineering WIP to manufacturing at release.
Identify process weaknesses that cause material delays or errors and work to eliminate them.
Maintain milestone and scorecard databases, and WIP status reports.
Create and maintain reports and databases to communicate project WIP information and status.
Support Program Management by gathering, analyzing, and reporting on project data.
Track project performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision‑making and improve delivery.
Oversee knowledge‑management coordination across the portfolio to enable PMs to track project time, resources, and costs.
Ensure project metrics and status are updated regularly and presented in meetings and reviews.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, management, or relevant discipline.
7+ years’ experience in an NPC or planning role.
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools; proficient with Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Strong planning and coordination skills.
Ability to drive tasks to completion through close coordination with multiple groups.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Enthusiasm for collaboration and building strong, trusting relationships across all company levels.
Excellent working knowledge of manufacturing process, scheduling, and quality systems (PRIME, PROMIS, etc.).
Strong understanding of ADI NPI process.
