Overview: Menswear Luxury and Premium brand retailers
I am hiring for a well known Mens luxury and premium brand store in Cork City. My client is famous for their precision tailoring, and curators of menswear. We're seeking ambitious, people-savvy Menswear client advisors, who love to network, dress to impress, and actively grow a personal book of discerning clients. What you'll do
* Deliver flawless, personalised service to every client in-store, every time
* Consult on casual, business and formal menswear, curate complete head-to-toe outfits
* Consistently exceed sales targets and drive revenue with smart, tailored solutions
* Manage daily cash, reconciliations, and banking with pristine accuracy
* Merchandise luxury stock to showcase the collection at its best
* Maintain a pristine, inviting store environment
* Proactively build and nurture a client book; connect with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and selective social channels, attend networking opportunities and connect via Socials/Club etc
* Follow up with customers after visits to thank them, invite them back, and stay top of mind, for example when they are attending a special event, holiday, or when a new collection arrives. This role is about nurturing your clients and anticipating their needs.
What we're looking for
* 2-3 years proven experience in luxury retail or high-end service (fashion a strong plus or 5 Star front of house in hospitality or a premium client centric related sector)
* Outstanding communication, teamwork, and a polished confident presence
* Naturally enthusiastic, motivated and results-driven
* Ability to network and build a client book; comfortable with outreach via calls, WhatsApp, social channels, and community/Club connections
* Professional appearance and impeccable personal style
* Flexible and able to thrive in an exciting fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Compensation and benefits
* Starting salary: €33,000–€35,000 base + excellent commission on sales to double the basic salary. (salaries are review based on high performers, with a view to career progression)
* Christmas bonus: based on sales performance
* Store clothing allowance - happy to share more details on that.
