I'm working with a well-established distributor of packaging materials and machinery, part of a larger international group with strong global support and long-term stability.
Due to continued growth, they're now looking to hire a Field Sales Representative to cover Ireland. This is a hybrid role that blends account management, field-based sales and technical support.
The role:
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* Conduct site visits, trials and product demonstrations
* Lead technical sales discussions with customers
* Act as a key point of contact for aftersales and support
* Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers
* Work closely with suppliers and internal teams
The ideal profile:
* Experience in sales or technical sales (packaging, machinery, manufacturing or industrial would be ideal)
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Technically minded and solution-focused
* Comfortable managing your own territory and diary
* Full driving licence and happy to travel across Ireland
