About the Role

* Implement end-to-end rollouts of our AI platform for enterprise clients, focusing on rapid time-to-value.
* Manage strategic relationships with key clients, developing account plans aligned with their business objectives.
* Provide expert technical guidance and optimization recommendations to clients, leveraging our product expertise.
* Develop strategies to drive user adoption and maximize value within client organizations.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in a project-based or strategic relationship setting.
* Proven track record of managing complex technical topics with clients at all levels.
* A knack for problem-solving and an enthusiastic attitude towards delivering results.
* You are a true team player and cross-functional collaborator.
