Introduction to the job Do you want to work on hands-on engineering challenges in an international environment?
As part of ASML's European Upgrade, Install perform cabling, water/gas/vacuum work; power-on and verify system functions.
Recovery solve failures; run acceptance tests.
Wrap-up: complete documentation, handover to the customer support team.
Provide first-line troubleshooting support to Customer Support teams at local sites.
Potentially support global UIR projects depending on workload.
Share knowledge, coach junior engineers, and train customers in basic system use and maintenance.
Document issues and route problems to second-line support when needed.
Education and experience Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Mechatronics or another technical field.
Hands-on engineering affinity is strongly preferred.
Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under Export Administration Regulations.
Skills Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency.

Strong problem-solving ability combining analytical and hands-on skills.
Detail-oriented, structured, flexible, self-driven and a solid team player.
Passion for hands-on engineering and complex technical systems.
Other information Shift schedule: 12-hour shift schedule (24/7) with attractive shift and overtime compensation.
Travel : Training year: >80% international travel.
After training: travel depends on customer projects across Europe; possible assignments in Ireland, Israel, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and occasionally Taiwan, Korea, USA.
